Breakups

one gloomy saturday i got to thinking about break ups. ah yes that hard experience that you just can’t escape that easy. The heartaches and all that crap, you pray that anytime soon you’ll forget about the feelings you had and go on with your life. And I get to thinking about the break up songs you listen to. So i sent messages to some of my friends to give me break up songs, although I forgot the say the I needed ANGRY break up songs. And no i’m not going through a break-up, i’m not breaking up with anyone, thank you very much. Anyway here’s what I came up with so far:

1. Untouchable face (Ani DiFranco) - with lines that go "Fuck You and your untouchable face Fuck you for exsisting in the first place…’The "F" word just might help =)

2. Not ready to make nice (Dixie chicks) - uhmmm… ahhh uhhm for the title i guess hihihihi

3. Ugly Girl (Fiona Apple) - I liked this song the moment I listened to it, find it funny in a nice way - lines like " Can’t u see you’re leaving me for an ugly girl" for those who are feeling mean, this song is for you. (Thanx for the song cess)

4. You’ll think of me (Keith Urban) - sad tune, sad song but nice lyrics "Eversince u  found yourself in someone elses arms ive been trying my best to get along but thats ok theres nothing left to say but, take you records, take your freedom, take your memories I dont need ‘em, take your space and take your reasons but you’ll think of me.

5. Red high heels (Killie Pickler) - yep pickler from american idol 5 the country singer girl. "I put a barbwire fence in my heart baby just to keep you out"

6. You’ll see (Madonna) - well i guess the title says it all "You think that I can’t live without you’re love, you’ll see" preps you up for revenge sort of song.

7. Someone that I used to love (Natalie Cole) - well do i have to explain this?

8. Hate (Plain white T’s) - This song I love, so true i guess to someone who’s just feeling hate " Hate is a strong word but I really really don’t like you, Now that its over, I don’t even know what I liked about you.

9. Picture to burn (Taylor Swift) -ok here’s the lines "I realize you love yourself more than you could ever love me
So go and tell your friends that I’m obsessive and crazy
That’s fine; I’ll tell mine you’re gay…So watch me strike a match On all my wasted time As far as I’m concerned you’re

10. I never Loved you anyway (Corrs) -  This song i almost forgot to add, but as I was sorting through all the songs in my library I remembered it. lines:"You bored me with your stories I can’t believe that I endured you For as long as I did I’m happy, it’s over, I’m only sorry that I didn’t make the move before you"

ive included Irreplaceable by Beyonce although I just don’t like the "To the left, to the left thing" kinda stupid, it just won’t fit right when you’re on emo mood and all of the sudden you hear "to the left, to the left".

Also have Drop dead gorgeous by Veruca salt (I like their name form the kid in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory anyway…) its not really an Angry break up song…. just like the lines "I know my ex b/f lies Oh he does it every time
Its just his permanent disguise".

For anyone who has a nice MEAN/ANGRY break up song… your list would gladly be appreciated. =) and again im not breaking up with somebody (NOt yet anyway) then again..I may never know, this may come in handy… =) bye!
